Twenty years of building taught me that one without the other is a ceiling, not a platform. Everything I have been part of building (PRMA, ARSA, Toliman Health™, InviCible Skincare™) started with the same question: what is getting in the patient's way, and how do we fix it?

The arc

I spent two decades as a microsurgeon specializing in breast reconstruction before a Psoriatic Arthritis diagnosis in 2023 forced me to stop operating. That transition clarified everything I had believed about systems, patient advocacy, and what it means to build something that outlasts any individual's presence in the operating room.

I now serve as CEO of PRMA Plastic Surgery and lead Clinical Operations at ARSA, where we are building the clinical infrastructure that makes highest-quality, physician-led care accessible at scale.
